Services Provided

1
Rough & Final Cleaning
A rough clean happens mid-construction, after drywall and overhead work and before finishes: debris, dust and trash out so finish trades can work. A final clean comes after every trade is done and before the punch walk, bringing every surface, fixture and pane to turnover condition.
2
Progressive Cleaning
Recurring cleans between trades, so each trade starts on a clean floor and the site stays ready for inspections and owner walk-throughs.
3
Pressure Washing
New-construction washdown for GCs: concrete and flatwork, building exteriors, parking decks and sidewalks before turnover, plus soft wash for EIFS and stucco.
4
Exterior Glass Cleaning
Post-construction glass, inside and out: labels, paint overspray, mortar and sealant removed without scratching, following the glass manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
Facility services
For owners and property managers after turnover.
5
Floor Care
Routine maintenance, deep cleaning and restoration for commercial floors.
6
Janitorial Services
Recurring cleaning for commercial and industrial buildings on a plan built around the site.
7
Move In / Move Out Cleaning
Tenant-turn cleans that leave units ready for new occupants or final inspection.
Construction cleaning for general contractors
Every phase of a commercial build, scheduled around your trades and your superintendent's look-ahead.
OUR PAST CLIENTS

General contractors we've worked for include MJ Harris, Gray, Robins & Morton, Layton, Hensel Phelps, Hoar Construction, DPR Construction, Brasfield & Gorrie, Stone Building Company, BL Harbert International, Stewart Perry and Ralin Construction.

Questions GCs ask us
What's the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean happens mid-construction, after drywall and before finishes, and removes debris and heavy dust so finish trades can work. A final clean happens after every trade is done and before the punch walk, and brings every surface to turnover condition.
When should final cleaning be scheduled?
After all trades finish and before the punch walk. Book a touch-up clean after punch-list work and before owner turnover.
How do I prequalify Awesome Services as a subcontractor?
